For precision connector products, it is very important to conduct mold flow analysis and DFM (Design for Manufacturability, design for manufacturability) optimization. 

Mold flow analysis: Use mold flow analysis software to simulate and analyze the Mold Design of precision connectors. Mold flow analysis can evaluate plastic filling, defects such as bubbles and short shots, and predict possible deformation and stress concentration areas.

Mold cooling optimization: Design a reasonable cooling system to improve the cooling effect of the mold and the dimensional stability of the product. Improve product quality and production efficiency by optimizing the layout and design of the cooling system.

Detachable design: Considering that precision connectors may need to be repaired and replaced, detachable parts and connection methods are designed. This facilitates maintenance and replacement, reducing production costs and downtime.
